• Develop a contract which outlines what we both agree to (note that this isn't because we want to beat people up with lawyers - perish the thought! - but because if it is in writing then each of us knows what to expect of the other);
• Develop a web-based solution to your needs - this means that (with proper security), one of your staff could be anywhere in the world and could access the information he or she needs, or provide it to you;
• Maintain the system (keep it running as it was delivered; this may involve charges if unrelated to programming errors);
• Add features and customizations as needed (charges will apply).
